过敏性紫癜患者肾脏损害分析

目的了解过敏性紫癜(HSP)患者肾脏损伤的程度。方法采用放射免疫法检测138例HSP患者和108例健康对照者尿中Alb,β_2-MG,IgG含量,进行分析。结果HSP患者尿中微量白蛋白、β_2微球蛋白、免疫球蛋白G排泄量均非常显著地高于健康对照组(P均<0.01)。结论HSP患者存在肾脏损伤,当肾小球发生结构性损伤时,肾小管受累的风险明显增加。

Analysis on Renal Lesion of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Patients

Objective To explore the pathogenesis of renal lesion of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods Radioim- munoassay was used to assayed urinary albumin(Alb),urinaryβ_2 microglobulin(β_2-MG),urinary immunoglobulin G(IgG) of 138 urine of patients with HSP and 108 urine of health persons.Results The urinary Alb,β_2-MG,IgG of patients with HSP was high- er than that of health persons(P<0.01).Conclusion Renal lesion takes place on patients with HSP.The risk of renal tubule lesion is obviously increased when the structural lesion of renal glomerulus generates.
