二硫化碳早期损害神经行为检测评价指标研究

目的：研究二硫化碳早期损害神经行为检测敏感指标。方法：采用NES-C3对接触组和对照组进行神经行为检测敏感指标筛选，并以国家规定的有关标准对接触组进行临床验证。结果：提示目标追踪、视觉保留、系列加减等六项指标对二硫化碳早期损害具有较强的敏感性，且与视觉功能的障碍呈明显相关。结论：本研究所建立的六项神经行为检测项目对二硫化碳作业人员进行早期健康损害是一种敏感、有效并且简便的检测评价指标。

Study on Sensitive Indexes of Analysis of Early Damage to Nerves by Carbon Disulfide

To study sensitive indexes of analysis of early damage to nerves by carbon disulfide. To select sensitive indexes of analysis of neurobehavioral tests between exposure group and control group by using NES C3 method,and carry out practical testing exposure group according to related chinese government standards (GB). The results indicated that six indexes have strong sensitivities to carbon disulfide,including pursing arming,visual retention,serial addition and subtraction,etc. They have obvious links with the obstacles of visual function. Conclusion] Above six indexes are sensitive,effective and simple ones of examination of early damage to nerves by carbon disulfide.
