| 摘 要： | 通过显微解剖及透明法对２９例胎儿尸体耳前淋巴结进行了研究，提出胎儿耳前淋巴结为１～４个不等，主要为１～２个（占６８．９７％），且收纳范围广，除主要输入腮腺深淋巴结（５２．２７％）外，还输入耳下淋巴结（３４．０９％）、颈浅淋巴结（１１．３７％）和颈深淋巴结（２．２７％），并探讨了其临床意义

| Abstract: | This paper studies the preauricle lymph node in 29 case of human featus specimens with micro anatomized and transparancy. The results are as follows: ① There are one to four preauricle lymph nodes, the majority is one to two (68.97%). ② The preauricle lymph nodes receive lymph of the oral and face widely. ③ The preauricle lymph nodes drain to deep paratid lymph nodes (52.27%). inferior auricle lymph nodes (34.09%). Superficial cervical (11.37%) and deep superficial cervical (2.27%) lymph nodes. It also discussed the clinical significance of the preauricle lymph nodes. |
