小骨窗开颅治疗高血压性脑出血

目的 ;探讨小骨窗治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效及其应用价值。方法对我院2006年5月至2011年5月期间采用小骨窗开颅治疗的84例高血压脑出血病例的临床资料按照血肿量、血肿部位、发病时间、发病年龄、GCS评分等标准进行回顾性分析。结果本组84例患者死亡9例,病死率10.71%。按照ADL标准评价预后,存活的75例患者在出院后的6个月随访中,Ⅰ级11例,Ⅱ级19例,Ⅲ级22例,Ⅳ级18例,Ⅴ级5例。结论小骨窗开颅治疗高血压脑出血是安全有效的。采用小骨窗开颅治疗高血压脑出血可有效提高临床疗效,降低病死率和致残率。

Mini-craniotomy in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
