| 摘 要： | 目的探讨屏状核的形态大小及其位置,为临床提供基础研究的资料。方法对成人21只整脑42个屏状核的空问形态和位置进行了调查,在三维切面上作2mm厚的连续切片。结果屏状核的前后径、左右径及上下径(mm)分别为19.95±9.75、1.19±0.17及16.12±1.52,(P>0.05);屏状核的靶心坐标值为(24.97±0.98,11.22±2.96,5.79±2.95)。结论屏状核还原、重建、绘出空间投影轮廓图,所提供基础研究数据,对脑外科手术定位有临床指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the shape size and position of the claustrum to provide the material of the basic research for clinic.Methods 42 claustrums which involved 21whole brains of adults were investigated.The data such as the diameter of the claustrum were obtained from successive slices cut into slice at 2 mm in thickness in three direction.Results Claustrum of the anteroposterior diameter,left and right track and down track(mm) were 19.95 ± 9.75,1.19 ± 0.17 and 16.12 ± 1.52,which revealed great statistical significance(P>0.05);Claustrum of the bull’s eyecoordinate value was(24.97 ± 0.98,11.22 ± 2.96,5.79 ± 2.95).Conclusion The pictures of the outline projection of the claustrum in rarious coordinate planes are then drawn by means of refurring and rebuilding.Finally,some data may be used as a good reference during the operation of neurosurgery. |
