| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效性。方法：对2008年1月-2008年12月本院收治1 492例剖宫产孕妇进行随机分组。756例对照组实施传统的产科围手术期护理常规,736例护理干预组在实施常规的产科围手术期护理常规基础上针对性实施系统中的护理干预,观察两组下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。结果：护理干预组发生下肢深静脉血栓19例,对照组发生下肢深静脉血栓93例,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：护理干预能有效降低剖宫产术后深静脉血栓形成的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the validity of nursing intervention in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in lower limb after cesarean section.Method From January 2008 to December 2008,1 492 pregnancies undergoing cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,756 controls received traditional maternity perioperative care,and 736 cases of nursing intervention group received systemic nursing intervention on the basis of conventional maternity perioperative care.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in lower limb in the two groups were observed.Results The number of deep vein thrombosis in lower limb in the nursing intervention group was 19,and the control group was 93.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the deep vein thrombosis incidence after cesarean section. |
