外固定架治疗四肢骨折76例疗效分析

目的：结合临床实践经验,探讨外固定架治疗四肢骨折的疗效。方法：选取2006年1月～2009年12月本院四肢骨骨折接受外固定架治疗的患者76例为研究对象,将这些患者的临床资料进行总结分析,探讨外固定架治疗四肢骨折的疗效。结果：对76例患者进行随访,时间为6～18个月。骨折平均愈合时间为：胫骨5.5个月,股骨5个月,肱骨4.5个月,桡骨3.5个月。治疗效果参考王氏疗效标准,患者治疗结果为：优49例,良21例,可5例,差1例,优良率为92.11%。结论：与内固定相比,外固定架治疗四肢骨折具有良好的固定及矫正作用,而且操作简单、创伤小,骨折愈合早,可以早期带架下床活动,关节功能恢复快,后遗症少。本次研究的优良率为92.11%,值得临床推广应用。

External fixator in the treatment of 76 cases of limb fractures

Objective：To explore external fixation of extremities fractures curative effect through clinical practice experience.Methods：From January 2006 to December 2009,our hospital limbed bone fracture in patients receiving external fixation for the study of 76 cases used the research method,the clinical data of these patients were analyzed to explore the external fixator treatment of limb fractures.Results：76 patients were followed up for 6 months to 18 months.The average healing time of fracture：tibia was 5.5 months,femur was 5 months,humerus was 4.5 months,radius was 3.5 months.Through Wang efficacy of the standard reference treatment,patient care results：excellent in 49 cases,good in 21 cases,5 and poor in 1 case,good rate was 92.11%.Conclusion：Compared with the internal fixation,external fixation of fractures fixed and corrected with good effect,and simple operation,trauma,fracture healing early,patients can get out of bed early with a frame,fast recovery of joint function,fewer complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
