| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨头部应用冰帽行局部亚低温治疗对急性脑梗死患者肺部感染发生率的影响。方法:将46例急性脑梗死患者随机分为局部亚低温组26例和常规治疗组20例,两组均给予抗血小板、扩张血管等综合治疗,局部亚低温组在此基础上加用局部亚低温治疗。结果:治疗第2周亚低温组神经功能缺损程度(NDS)评分明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05),肺部感染发生率明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血清IgM、IgG、IgA和补体C3水平与健康对照组比较明显降低(P<0.05),治疗第2周两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局部亚低温治疗及规范护理能够改善患者体液免疫功能,降低肺部感染的发生,提高治疗效果,改善患者预后。
