| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨先天性心脏病介入治疗失败再手术患者的围术期护理方法.方法:对30例先天性心脏病介入治疗失败再手术患者给予精心术前、术后护理.结果:本组术后2例出现房室传导阻滞,1例出现频发室性早搏,均经药物治疗后恢复正常.除术前心包堵塞1例术后48 h撤离呼吸机外,其余均于术后24 h内撤离呼吸机.结论:对先天性心脏病介入治疗失败再手术患者做好围术期护理是保证术后顺利康复的关键.
