摘    要:目的 探讨类风湿因子浓度对捕获法ELISA检测巨细胞病毒IgM抗体(HCMV-IgM)的最小影响浓度.方法 300份高浓度类风湿因子血清标本分别用试剂盒自带稀释液和变形IgG血清稀释,用捕获法ELISA检测HCMV-IgM.结果 两种方法稀释的标本有统计学差别,证实变性IgG可以有效消除高浓度RF的干扰;且RF浓度越高捕获法检测HCMV-IgM的假阳性率越高.结论 根据统计学结果,RF浓度在5000IU/ml以下对HCMV-IgM的捕获法检测影响较小.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the minimum interference concentration of rheumatoid factor in ELISA test of human cytomegalovirus IgM(HCMV - IgM). Methods HCMV - IgM was detected in 300 serum samples of positive RF diluted with diluted solution in the reagent kit and serum including denatured IgG by capture method. Result There is statistical difiiences of the diluted samples, which verified tile dena- tured IgG can eliminate the interference of rheumatoid factor in high concentration. Moreover, the higher of the concentration of rheumatoid factor, the higher of the false positive rate that detected the HCMV - IgM by capture method. Conclusion According to the srarlstical resuhs, the concentration of the rheumatoid factor less than 5000IU/ml that had less impact on the detection of the HCMV - IgM by capture method.
