| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨晚期胃肠道肿瘤中心静脉置管时辰化疗的临床疗效与护理方法.方法:将128例晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者随机分为时辰化疗组与常规化疗组各64例,时辰化疗组应用专用软件编制时辰化疗输液电脑程序,导入微电脑泵,由专门护士根据医嘱配置化疗药物注入专用输液袋,应用法国AGETTANT公司生产的"Melodie"多通道编程输液泵,按医嘱准时开启时辰化疗泵;常规化疗组应用中心静脉置管,遵医嘱配置化疗药物常规输液化疗.两组均选择L-OHP、5-Fu和CF三药组成联合化疗方案.结果:时辰化疗组在静脉炎发生率、近期疗效、毒副反应、生活质量评估等方面疗效明显优于常规化疗组(P<0.05).结论:中心静脉置管时辰化疗操作简便,提高了临床疗效和患者生活质量.
