| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨营养支持疗法对维持性血液透析患者的作用。方法:对260例血液透析(HD)患者采取控制饮水量、补充蛋白质和维生素、注射促红细胞生成素(EPO)、充分透析、适当运动等营养支持疗法,综合营养支持治疗6个月,每个月对患者的营养状况进行评估指导。结果:本组患者治疗后皮肤脱屑较前明显好转,皮肤及毛发较前有光泽,精神和体力较前明显好转,干体重、白蛋白均增加,治疗前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养支持疗法可提高HD患者的日常生活能力,有助于其心理功能和社会功能的恢复,进而提高其健康生命质量,降低病死率。
