| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨切除扁桃体和（或）腺样体治疗小儿鼾症的疗效观察。方法：138例鼾症患儿,均有不同程度的扁桃体肥大和（或）腺样体肥大,在局麻或全麻下行扁桃体及腺样体切除手术治疗。结果：手术切除扁桃体和（或）腺样体3d后,132例（95.7%）患儿的打鼾现象基本消失,张口呼吸、夜惊等症状消失。结论：扁桃体和（或）腺样体切除可有效地解除儿童口咽腔及鼻咽腔的狭窄或阻塞,是治疗儿童鼾症安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the efficacy of adenoidectomy and（or） tonsillectomy treated snoring disease in children.Methods：138 patients diagnosed snoring disease received surgery.The medicine of antibiotic had been applied for 5-7 days after operation.Results：3 days after operation,in 132 cases,the symptoms like snoring in sleep,breathing opening mouth,apnea disappeared.Conclusion：Adenoidectomy and（or） tonsillectomy could effectively relieve the narrow or obstruction of nasopharynx and oropharynx in children.It is the safe and effective method. |
