脱位离体牙再植术100例临床观察

目的：探讨离体牙再植成功的影响因素,提高临床治愈率。方法：对100例离体牙常规处理后再植复位固定。通过5年随访观察分析总结。结果：再植成功率为95%。结论：恒牙越年轻,脱位后再植越早,成功率越高。牙再植的短期临床疗效令人满意,对外伤性全脱位恒前牙再植,应尽量缩短伤后就诊时间、保存于生物相容性介质中;同时必须加强牙再植相关知识的宣教力度。

Dislocation of tooth replantation in vitro observation of 100 cases

Objective：To explore the tooth from the body the influence factors of replantation of success,improve the clinical cure rate.Methods：100 cases of isolated tooth replanted after conventional fixation.All patients were followed up through 5 years and summarized.Results：Replantation success rate was 95%.Conclusion：The more the young permanent tooth,the higher dislocation of success rate after replantation earlier.Replantation satisfactory short-term clinical efficacy of traumatic dislocation of permanent incisor replantation all should try to shorten the treatment time after injury,save in the biocompatible medium;and must strengthen the knowledge of tooth replantation missionary efforts.
