弹性髓内针在儿童长骨骨折中的应用

目的：探讨弹性髓内针治疗儿童长骨骨折的临床效果及意义。方法：观察本院2008年4月～2010年10月收治的32例小儿长骨骨折临床资料,分析其治疗方法及临床效果。结果：32例患儿均在术后3～5个月内骨折达到愈合,并拔除髓内针,按照Flynn评分标准评定：优31例,良1例,总优良率为100%。经随访证实,患者无断针、骨感染、骨不连、术后再移位及拔针后再骨折现象。结论：弹性髓内针微创技术治疗儿童长骨骨折具有创伤小、操作简单、并发症少等优点,且疗效确切,是目前治疗儿童长骨骨折的一种最佳方法。

The application of elastic intramedullary nailing to children with long bone fractures

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and significance of elastic intramedullary nailing in the treatment of children with long bone fracture.Methods： Observed the clinical data of 32 patients with long bone fractures treated in our hospital and analyzed treatment methods and clinical effects.Results： 32 patients fracture healed 3 to 5 months after surgery and nail were removed.According to Flynn assessment criteria： excellent in 31 cases,good in 1 case,the total fine rate was 100%.Confirmed by follow-up,no needle,bone infection,nonunion,postoperative fracture,displacement and after needle injection phenomenon.Conclusion： Elastic intramedullary nailing treatment to children with traumatic long bone fractures has minimally invasive technology,simple operation and less complications,which is abetter method to treat children with long bone fractures.
