口腔颌面损伤临床分析

目的：分析口腔颌面损伤相关因素,探讨其救治效果。方法：回顾性分析本院收治的202例口腔颌面损伤患者临床资料,分析其损伤与年龄、性别、致伤原因、损伤特点、骨折部位等的关系,总结其救治方法。结果：口腔颌面损伤中男性多于女性,20～45岁为主要发病人群,骨折以下颌骨骨折最为常见,交通事故是主要的致伤原因;通过及时的纠正,202例患者中,治愈195例,显效4例,有效2例,死亡1例（合并严重颅脑损伤）,治愈率为96.53%。结论：口腔颌面损伤可由多种损伤造成,其中以车祸为主,而且男性多于女性,损伤可导致多处骨折,其中以下颌骨骨折为主;尽早进行相应的救治能够最大限度的恢复颌面解剖结构,挽救患者生命。

Clinical analysis of maxillofacial injury

Objective：To analyze factors of oral and maxillofacial injury,to explore the treatment effect.Methods：Retrospective analyzed of 202 patients in our hospital clinical data of patients with oral and maxillofacial injury,to analyze the loss and age,sex,cause of injury,loss characteristics,the relationship between fracture sites,etc.,summarizes the treatment methods.Results：Oral and maxillofacial injuries in men than in women,20 to 45 years as the main disease groups,the most common fractures of the following mandibular fractures,traffic accidents are the main cause of injury;through timely correction,of the 202 patients,195 cases were cured,excellent in 4 cases,effective in 2 cases,1 death（patients with severe traumatic brain injury）,the cure rate was 96.53%.Conclusion：Oral maxillofacial injury caused by a variety of injuries in which the accident based,but more men than women,injuries can lead to multiple fractures,including the following main jaw fracture;the appropriate treatment as soon as possible to maximize the recovery of jaw surface anatomy,to save the lives of patients.
