| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨载距突钢板螺钉固定术治疗跟骨骨折患者的围术期护理方法。方法:对21例跟骨骨折患者行载距突钢板螺钉固定术,术前做好体位及皮肤护理,术后注意观察患肢情况,指导患者进行早期功能锻炼。结果:本组住院19～31 d,平均(25.0±2.3)d。随访6～13个月,所有患者骨折均骨性愈合,优良率为90.48%,无一例并发症发生。结论:载距突钢板螺钉固定术是治疗跟骨骨折的有效方法,个体化护理是跟骨功能恢复的必要条件。
