腹腔镜逆行胆囊切除术的临床应用

目的：研究腹腔镜逆行胆囊切除术的临床应用情况,以讨论手术的关键点和操作要求。方法：选取2006年1月～2010年1月在本院进行腹腔镜逆行胆囊切除术的患者90例,对手术方法进行总结,并提出了手术的关键点,进行了重要的临床回顾。结果：全部患者均无严重的并发症,手术恢复时间短,平均术后住院5d。90例患者无中转开腹情况,无肝脏胆管损伤,无死亡患者。结论：腹腔镜逆行胆囊逆行切除术具有创伤小、痛苦少,对腹腔器官干扰小、手术时间短、术后恢复快等优点,值得推广。

Laparoscopic retrograde cholecystectomy clinical application

Objective：To study retrograde laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the clinical application,to discuss the operation of the key points and operating requirements.Methods：Chose January 2006-January 2010 in our hospital for laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients retrograde 90 cases a summary of the surgical procedures and made the key point of surgery,all patients were important clinical review.Results：All patients had no serious complications,recovery time was short,the average postoperative hospital stay was 5 days.90 patients without interim sigmoidectomy cases,without liver bile duct injury and no deaths.Conclusion：Laparoscopic cholecystectomy retrograde retrograde resection with less trauma,less pain,less interference of the abdominal organs,short operation time,rapid postoperative recovery etc,and it is worthy of promoting.
