| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨黄葵胶囊联合醋酸泼尼松、盐酸贝那普利治疗特发性膜性肾病的临床效果。方法：60例肾脏病理为特发性膜性肾病的原发肾病综合征患者,随机分成两组各30例,并对其治疗效果和安全性进行比较。结果：实验组总有效率为66.7%（20/30）,明显高于对照组的40.0%（12/30）,P〈0.05,实验组治疗后总胆固醇（CHO）、24h尿蛋白定量、血清清蛋白明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：黄葵胶囊能改善特发性膜性肾病患者的24h尿蛋白定量,血清清蛋白及血脂水平,疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical effect of treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy with Huangkui capsule,prednisone acetate and benazepril hydrochloride.Methods：60 adult nephritic syndromecases of idiopathic membranous nephropathy though clinicopathologic analysis were randomly divided into two groups（both 30 cases）,and the effecion and safety were observed.Results：Total effective rate of experimental group was 66.7%（20/30）,apparently higher than control group（40.0%,12/30）,P0.05.Posttreatment,total cholesterol,24 h proteinuria excretion and seralbumin of experimental group apparently higher than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Huangkui capsule can improve the patients＇ level of 24 h proteinuria excretion,seralbumin and blood-fa,it is effective in treatment. |
