马凡氏综合征脊柱侧凸16例围术期护理

目的:探讨马凡氏综合征(MFS)脊柱侧凸患者的围术期护理方法。方法:对16例行后路脊柱侧凸矫形、植骨融合内固定术MFS脊柱侧凸患者给予个性化、系统化围术期护理。结果:本组4例患者术后出现呕吐,给予关闭镇痛泵及应用止吐药物后好转;2例出现眼睑水肿,给予静脉滴注甘露醇12 h后缓解。无一例心力衰竭、肺部感染、泌尿系统感染及内固定物松动等并发症发生,均按时出院,平均住院13 d。结论:个性化、系统化围术期护理可降低MFS脊柱侧凸患者矫形术后并发症的发生,促进患者早日康复。

Perioperative nursing care of 16 scoliosis patients with Marfan's syndrome
