| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨贴补法治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床效果。方法：刺激穿孔后对合，局部贴补鸡蛋内膜。结果：共施术230例，2耳术后感染失败，成功228例，愈合及听力提高率为99．1％。结论：贴补法治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔效果明显可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical effect of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation with egg interior membrane patch method. Method: The perforation of tympauic membrane was stimulated and anastomosed, then the egg interior membrane was petched. Result: 230 patients were oprerated. 280 patients were suacceeded. Two ears were infected after operation. The effective rate was 99.1% . Conclusion: Treatment the traumatic tympanic membrane preforation with egg interior membrane patch method is effect and reliable. |
