体能训练对飞行学员生理指标的影响

目的 通过跟踪飞行学员体能训练后主要生理指标的变化情况,探讨体能训练因素对飞行学员体格的影响. 方法 对象为飞行基础学院的男性飞行学员,年龄16～19岁,对入校时及经过两年基础理论学习和体能训练后的主要生理指标进行对比分析. 结果 飞行学员各项主要生理指标都有不同程度的变化.在体重方面,体重较低(<56 kg)的学员有85.40%增加了体重,而体重≥76 kg的学员有67.40%体重减轻.在身高方面,有47.67%的学员身高平均增长了0.9 cm.在视力方面,左、右眼分别有42.00%、43.40%的学员视力有了提高.在血压方面,两年后的平均收缩压及舒张压均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(t=13.106、14.544,P<0.01). 结论 两年基础体能训练可明显改善飞行学员的主要生理指标.本结果对招收飞行学员体格检查标准的适当放宽提供了依据.

Effects of physical fitness training on physiological paramenters of pilot students

Objective To investigate the effects of physical fitness training on pilot student's constitution by comparing the changes of physiological parameters. Methods Male pilot students, who were in fundamental institute, aged from 16-19 years old were selected as subjects. Their physiological parameters were compared to analyze the effects of physical fitness training implemented for two years in institute. Results The physiological parameters were varied in different degree through out the physical fitness training. Among light weight students (<56 kg) 85.40% of them increased weight comparing to 67.40% heavy students (>76 kg) lost weight. The height of 47.67% students was averagely increased by 0.9 cm. Visual acuity either of left or right eye was increased in 42.00% and 43.40% students respectively. The average values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure statistically decreased (t= 13. 106, 14. 544, P<0. 01) after two-year training. Conclusions Physical fitness training can improve the physiological parameters of pilot students. The study provides the evidence for moderately easing the physical medical examination standard in pilot student selection.
