| Abstract: | This paper elaborated the hospital business process,analyzed the structure characteristics of the process oriented organization,made sure to organize influence performance of key factor,from several-rated analyzed the relativity of the process oriented organizations and the hospital performance.The quest carries out the hospital development request. Carrying out organization strategy,raising the hospital performance management level,the perfect results investigates the new mode of the system. |
