生脉注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

目的观察生脉注射液对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的治疗效果.方法对慢性充血性心力衰竭采用双盲法随机分为2组,治疗组(82例)用生脉注射液,对照组(41例)用地戈辛,观察心功能变化及左室收缩、舒张功能各项指标的变化.结果心功能变化,治疗组有效率为90.2%,优于对照组(70.7%),2组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).治疗组每搏输出量、每分心输出量、心脏指数、左室舒张早、晚期最大血流速比值(E/A),治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论生脉注射液可明显改善心功能,是治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的安全而有效的药物.

Investigation on Clinical Effect of Shengmai Injection for Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective:To investigate the clinic effect of Shengmai Injection on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods: Patients with chronic congestive heart failure were divided into two groups at random by using clouble blind method. The therapeutical group was treated with Shengmai Injection and the control group was treated with digoxin. Changes of heart function and various markers such as left ventricular contraction and diastolic function were observed. Results: There was a significant difference between two groups ( P <0.01). The stroke output, minute cardiac output, cardiac index and left ventricular diastolic early and late maximum blood flow rate ratio(E/A) of patients in the therapeutical group were obviously improved after they were treated. The difference between the therapeutical group and the control group was veryy significance ( P < 0.01). Conclusion: Shengmai Injection can obviously improve heart function. It is effective and safe for chronic congestive heart failure.
