烧伤创面感染531例病原菌分布及其耐药性分析

目的分析烧伤创面感染的病原菌分布及其耐药性，为临床预防和治疗感染提供依据。方法采用常规方法对我院烧伤科2005年1月～2008年12月531例烧伤感染创面进行细菌分离鉴定，并测定细菌耐药谱。结果本组自烧伤创面共分离出细菌562株（31例分离出2种细菌），其中革兰阳性菌258株（45．91％），以金黄色葡萄球菌居首位；革兰阴性菌293株（52．14％），以铜绿假单胞菌居首位；真菌11株，占1．96％。药敏试验结果显示，革兰阳性菌主要对青霉素、利福平、克林霉素及氨苄西林等耐药，革兰阴性菌主要对青霉素、头孢唑林钠、氨苄两林、磷霉素等耐药。结论烧伤感染创面分离细菌耐药严重，应加强病原菌耐药性监测，为临床合理应用抗生素提供依据。

Distribution of Pathogenic Bacteria from Burn Wounds and Drug Resistance Analysis of 531 Cases
