摘    要:目的分析烧伤创面感染的病原菌分布及其耐药性,为临床预防和治疗感染提供依据。方法采用常规方法对我院烧伤科2005年1月~2008年12月531例烧伤感染创面进行细菌分离鉴定,并测定细菌耐药谱。结果本组自烧伤创面共分离出细菌562株(31例分离出2种细菌),其中革兰阳性菌258株(45.91%),以金黄色葡萄球菌居首位;革兰阴性菌293株(52.14%),以铜绿假单胞菌居首位;真菌11株,占1.96%。药敏试验结果显示,革兰阳性菌主要对青霉素、利福平、克林霉素及氨苄西林等耐药,革兰阴性菌主要对青霉素、头孢唑林钠、氨苄两林、磷霉素等耐药。结论烧伤感染创面分离细菌耐药严重,应加强病原菌耐药性监测,为临床合理应用抗生素提供依据。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze distribution of pathogenic bacteria from burn wounds and drug resistance,and to provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of infection.Methods:We collected 531 patients hospitalized for burn wounds during Jan.2005 and Dec.2008 and isolated and identified bacteria by conventional method from the injured area.Antibiotics spectrum was determined.Results:562 strains was isolated from the burn injured area(31 patients had two kinds of bacteria).And among them there were 258(45....
