摘    要:目的探讨角色扮演法在手术室护理教学实践中的应用效果。方法在传统教学方法的基础上,在手术室临床护理教学中采用角色扮演法。通过闭卷考试和问卷调查,比较角色扮演法与传统教学方法的优缺点。结果对照组护生考试成绩优于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);角色扮演法受到护生的普遍欢迎。结论角色扮演法能激发护生的学习热情,发挥其主导作用,加深对教学内容的理解和记忆,提高护理教学质量。
