| Abstract: | Fournier's diseasv is a very rate and highly iatal necrolizing fasciitis of genital and perineal tissues. Conventional treatment of Fournier's disease includes surgeal debridement and antibiotic therapy. We describe a case of Foumier's disease where we added hyperbaric oxygen therapy to the conventional treatment regimen. |
