| 摘 要： | 目的：运用VAS评价综合疗法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法：对38例患者进行内服、外敷补肾活骨中药、静滴血塞通注射液以及介入等综合治疗，采用目测类比评分法评价临床疗效。结果：经VAS评分法评价疗效，总有效率为91．3％。结论：中西医结合综合疗法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死具有显著疗效，并可以采用目测类比评分法来评价临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the clinical curative effect on the femoral head avascular necrosis with synthetical therapy with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) measurement.Methods:38 cases were treated with synthetical therapy including taking Bushen Huogu herbs orally and outwardly,dropping Xuesetong injection liquid in vein and intervention therapy.The Clinical curative effect was assessed with VAS.Results:The general curative effect rae was 91.3% with VAS measurement.Conclusion:There was notalbe curative effect on femoral head avascular necrosis with synthetical therapy.The clinical curative effects can be assessed with VAS. |
