50例输卵管妊娠术后宫腔镜治疗临床效果分析

摘    要:目的研究输卵管妊娠患者术后行宫腔镜治疗的妊娠结局(宫内妊娠、再次异位妊娠、不孕)。方法选择在连云港市妇幼保健院就诊的有输卵管妊娠手术史患者98例,随机分为两组,输卵管妊娠术后1~6个月行宫腔镜输卵管插管通液50例为治疗组,未行宫腔镜治疗48例为对照组,对两组术后宫内妊娠、再次异位妊娠、不孕率等进行比较分析。结果宫内妊娠率治疗组为52.0%,对照组为29.2%,两组宫内妊娠率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.28,P〈0.05);再次异位妊娠率治疗组为10.0%;对照组为25.0%,两组再次异位妊娠率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.84,P〈0.05)。结论输卵管妊娠术后,通过宫腔镜输卵管插管通液治疗,可提高宫内妊娠率,减少再次异位妊娠率。

Clinical analysis of Hysteroscopic tubal canalization for treatment in 50 cases with the post-operation of tubal pregnancy

Abstract:Objective To study the pregnancy outcomes of the Hysteroscopic tubal canalization for treatment in 50 cases with the post - operation of tubal pregnancy. Methods Ninety-eight inpatients with tubal pregnancy history were divided into treatment group including 50 cases and control group including 48 cases. The rate of intrauterine gestation, subsequent ectopic pregnancy and infertility were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The intrauterine gestation rate was 52.0% and 29.2% respectively in treatment group and control group that the difference was significant between two groups (χ^2 = 5.28 , P 〈 0. 05 ). While the eetopie re-pregnancy rate was 10. 0% and 25.0% respectively in treatment group and control group that the difference was significant between two groups (χ^2 = 3.84, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The intrauterine gestation rate would be increased and subsequent eetopic pregnancy rate was deereased through Hysteroseopie tubal canalization to treat patients with the post-operation of tubal pregnancy.
