自粘弹性绷带对延长静脉留置针保留时间的观察与护理

目的]探讨自粘弹性绷带对使用静脉留置针输液病人保留时间的延长效果.方法]将临床88例使用静脉留置针的病人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组用美敷固定后加用自粘弹性绷带,对照组按常规用美敷固定,观察两组留置针的保留时间及发生并发症的情况,并进行对比.结果]实验组静脉留置时间延长,有效防止了并发症的发生,减轻了病人的痛苦.结论]美敷加自粘弹性绷带固定静脉留置针输液方便、实用,是一种较好的方法.

Observation and nursing care of self adhesive elastic bandage to prolong detaining time of intravenous detaining needle

Objective:To probe into the effect of self-adhesive elastic bandage to prolonging detaining time of intravenous detaining needle for patients accepting transfusion. Methods: A total of 88 patients using intravenous detaining needle were divided into test and control group. The detaining needle for test group cases was fixed with Meifu and added to self-adhesive elastic bandage. Patients of control group were fixed with Meifu as routine. Then the remaining time of detaining needle and the occurrence of complications of both group cases were observed and compared. Results: Compared with control group, the detaining time of intravenous detaining needle was prolonged. It prevented complications from happening effectively. And pain of patients was abated. Conclusion: Meifu added to self-adhesive elastic bandage to fix intravenous detaining needle for patients is convenient and practical for their transfusion.
