| 摘 要： | 进一步探讨肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）病毒对肾小球系膜细胞（ＭｓＣ）的作用及其在ＨＦＲＳ肾脏损害发病机理中的作用。用透射电镜观察ＨＦＲＳ病毒ＳＲ－１１株感染的人ＭｓＣ。发现感染细胞多有不同程度的病理改变，胞浆内可见病毒样颗粒及病毒包涵体。ＨＦＲＳ病毒对人ＭｓＣ的直接损害作用可能与ＨＦＲＳ的肾脏损害有关。

Observatiou of HFRS virus infected human mesangial cells by trans-mission electron microscope |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the propagation and replication of HFRS virus in human mesangial cells(MsC)and the relation of the effects of HFRS virus on MsC and renal damage of HFRS.Methods :The SR-11 strair of HFRS virus infected human MsC was observed by transmission electron microscope. Results :Varying cytopathies in subcellular level of the infected MsC were found.Virion-like grannules and viral inclu-sion bodies were detected in the cytoplasm, Conclusions :These results indicated that HFRS virus could infectMsC,inducing metabolic disorders and functional disturbances as well as morphological damages of the MsC,and suggested that renal damage of HFRS may be associated with direct cellular injuries by HFRS virus. |
