摘    要:目的:观察刺五加叶皂苷(ASS)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇、脂蛋白-胆固醇代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用。方法:ASS按25、50、100 mg?kg-1?d-1给大鼠连续腹腔注射21 d,测血清总胆固醇、脂蛋白-胆固醇及LOP量浓度,血浆PGI2、TXA2质量浓度,血清和肝脏SOD活性及全血粘度,并观察肝脏脂肪沉积情况。结果:ASS 50、100 mg?kg-1?d-1能明显降低TG、TC、LDL-c、TXA2、LPO及全血粘度,并能明显提高实验性高脂血症大鼠HDL-c、PGI2及SOD活性,亦能使TC/HDL-c及LDL-c/HDL-c比值明显降低,PGI2/TXA2比值明显升高。病理检查可见肝脏脂肪沉积明显减轻。结论:ASS可能通过调节体内血脂代谢提高PGI2/TXA2 比值及纠正自由基代谢紊乱,发挥抗动脉硬化作用。

Abstract:Objective\ To observe the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus saponins (ASS) on total cholesterol (TC), lipoprotein cholesterol metabolism and antioxidative activity in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods The TC, lipoprotein cholesterol and lipid peroxidation (LPO) contents, prostacycline (PGI 2) and thromboxane (TXA 2) levels, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and blood viscosity were measured respectively in hyperlipidemia rats which had been given ASS 25, 50 and 100 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ip, respectively, for twenty one days. In addition, fat accumulation in liver was observed. Results The triglyceride (TG), TC, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL c) in serum, TXA 2 in plasma, LPO in serum and liver and blood viscosity were decreased significantly, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL c) in serum, PGI 2 in plasma and SOD in serum and liver were significantly increased by given ASS (50 and 100 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Moreover, ASS could decrease ratioes of TC/HDL c, LDL c/HDL c, increase the ratio of PGI 2/TXA 2 and inhibit fat accumulation in liver. Conclusion ASS can inhibit arteriosclerosis by improving cholesterol and lipoprotein cholesterol metabolism, suppressing LPO,and increasing the activity of antioxidase.
