89例电视胸腔镜手术报告

目的总结89例电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在胸部疾病诊治中的应用体会。方法回顾分析电视胸镜手术89例的临床资料,并复习相关文献资料。结果在本组89例中,无手术中死亡。术后死亡1例,死于肌无力危象。手术后并发症是重度肺部感染3例,轻度肺部感染5例,其余均恢复良好。结论VATS是一种安全可靠的手术,其手术时间短,创伤小,恢复快,并发症少。许多常规剖腹手术均可以通过VATS完成,是治疗自发性气胸的首选方法,肺楔形切除和恶性胸水也是最常见的手术适应症。

A report of 89 cases of Video- Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery

Objective To Summarize the experience with 89 cases of video assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)in the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic disease.Methods A clinical data of VATS of 89 cases were analyzed retrospectively and correlative literatures were reviewed. Results Among them,there was no intraoperative death.One case died from myasthenia crisis after operation.Postoperative complieation had severe pulmonary infection in one case,mild pulmonary infection in 5 cases.The other cases well recovered.Conclusion VATS is a safe and reliable therapeutic method,and its advantage are a shorter operation time,less invasion,quicker recovery and less postoperative complication.A great number of thoracic operations can finish by VATS.It is the first choice in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.The malignant hydrothorax and pulmonary wedge resection are also one of the most common operation indication.
