| 摘 要： | 目的探讨口腔修复患者的临床心理问题。方法应用汉密顿焦虑(HAMA)汉密顿抑郁(HRSD)量表对口腔修复患者修复前进行心理状况评定。结果牙列缺损和牙列缺失患者修复前HAMA、HRSD的测定结果高于常模。结论口腔修复患者修复前存在着焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感等临床心理问题，针对牙齿缺失出现的心理反应，根据不同年龄给予不同的心理支持，临床上取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship between edentulous patient and mental problems. Methods HAMA, HRSD method were used to evaluate the mental status of edentulous patients. Results The scores of HAMA and HRSD are higher in edentulous patients than national norms. Conclusion There are many psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal sensitivity in edentulous patients, They have lower mental status than national norms. We gave different psychological support to edentulous patients according psychological reaction and age,the clinical effects are good. |
