| 摘 要： | 目的研究抑癌基因p16在阴茎癌及阴茎尖锐湿疣中表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测55例阴茎癌、24例尖锐湿疣、13例正常阴茎组织的p16表达情况,然后对照分析。结果p16在阴茎癌中的表达阳性率(38.33%)明显低于尖锐湿疣(75%)和正常组织的阳性率(100%,P<0.001),且阳性率随着分化程度的降低而降低(P<0.05):Ⅰ级71.43%,Ⅱ级33.33%,Ⅲ级者均阴性;阴茎尖锐湿疣的阳性率比正常组织低(P<0.05)。结论p16基因表达与阴茎癌的发生和恶性程度有关,p16表达缺失可能与尖锐湿疣的癌变有关。

Expression of p16 tumor suppressor gene in penis cancer and penis condyloma acuminatum,and its clinical significance |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of p16 gene products in penis cancer and penis condyloma acuminatum(CA), and its clinical significance.Methods Protein products of p16 was detected by immunohistochemical method(SP method) in 55 cases of penis cancers,24 penis CA and 13 normal penis tissues. The obtained data were compared and analysed.Results The positive expression rate of p16 was much lower in penis cancer (38.33%) than that in CA (75.00%) and the normal tissues(100%)(P<0.001).The p16 positive rates were significantly lower in poorly differentiated penis cancers (P<0.05) positive rate in grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ cancers was 71.43%, 33.33%, 0.00% respectively. The p16 positive rates was lower in CA (75.00%) than that in normal tissues(0.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion There is an important role of the p16 gene expression in the development and differentiation of the penis cancer,and deficiency of p16 expression would be related to cancerization of CA. |
