长春西汀联合艾地苯醌治疗血管性痴呆的疗效观察

目的 探讨长春西汀联合艾地苯醌治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效.方法 将48例脑卒中后发生血管性痴呆的患者分为治疗组和对照组各24例,治疗组给予长春西汀＋艾地苯醌治疗,对照组单纯给予长春西汀治疗,应用简易精神状态量表（MMSE）和长谷川痴呆量表（HDS）、日常生活自理量表（BI）对治疗前后分别进行智能测定,观察2组认知功能改善情况.结果 治疗3个月后2组HDS及MMSE、BI评分均升高,较治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05和P〈0.01）;且治疗后治疗组较对照组数值升高显著,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 长春西汀联合艾地苯醌治疗血管性痴呆疗效优于单独使用长春西汀.

Effect observation of vinpocetine combined with idebenone in the treatment of vascular dementia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vinpocetine combined with idebenone in the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods 48 cases of patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,24 cases in each group. The treatment groups were given with vinpocetine and idebenone for treatment,while the control group was given with idebenone only. Then to do intelligent determination by using the Mini Mental State EYAmina- tion （MMSE）,Kyohko I-Iasegawa Dementia Scale （HDS） and activities of daily living scale （BI） before and after the treat- ment and observe the condition of cognitive function improvement in the 2 groups. Results After treatment for 3 weeks, the score of HDS, MMSE and BI of 2 groups increased compared with before treatment, and the differences were statistically signifi- cant （P 〈0.05,P 〈0.01）.And the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions There is better effect for the use of vinpocetine combined with idebenone compared ide- benone alone in the treatment of vascular dementia.
