摘    要:为研究激光照射剂量与细胞效应的关系,用He-Ne激光照射离体大鼠淋巴细胞,电子显微镜观察淋巴细胞结构的变化。结果:用能量密度为2.34J/cm2~2.44J/cm2的He-Ne激光照射淋巴细胞,线粒体稍有肿胀,微绒毛明显伸长和变粗;4.63J/cm2~4.89J/cm2照射后,染色质浓缩,胞浆变淡变薄,空泡状结构增多,微绒毛稀少而粗短;7.03J/cm2~7.33J/cm2照射后,有的细胞膜消失,少部分细胞的核受损,微绒毛消失。结果表明:激光照射治疗能量密度要适中,过低则无效应,过高可能出现抑制效应,甚至对机体产生伤

Abstract:The aim of this experiment is to study the dose related cellular effect of laser irradiation. Alterations of rat lymphocytes caused by He Ne laser irradiation in vitro were investigated by transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Some swollen mitochondria and elongated microvilli of the lymphocytes were revealed after irradiation with 2 34 J/cm 2-2 44 J/cm 2 of He Ne laser. Condensation of chromatin, cytoplasmic vacuoles and shortening of microvilli of the lymphocytes occurred after irradiation with 4 63 J/cm 2-4 89 J/cm 2. Disintegration of plasma membrane and disappearance of microvilli of the lymphocytes were observed after irradiation with the 7 03 J/cm 2-7 33 J/cm 2. Energy dose of the laser radiation should be carefully chosen in laser therapy. A too small laser energy dose will not be effective. A too large energy dose of the laser irradiation may lead to inhibition even cause irriversible damage to cells or organisms.
