颈椎损伤的临床分析

２０年来我们收治了３１４例颈椎损伤患者，资料表明：严重病例发生率呈增长趋势，死亡率及合并神经伤的发生率仍较高，预后则取决于原发颈髓伤的程度与伤后现场现代急救措施及早期处理的水平。作者讨论了伸直型损伤及临床治疗情况，介绍了“无神经损伤的外伤性迟发性严重颈椎脱位”中不多见的特殊类型。提出了严重颈椎损伤的治疗要点。

The clinical analysis of for injury'' of cervical vertebrae

The general impression on 314 hospitalized cases of cervical vertebrae injury in the last twenty years was that the incidence of severe case has been increasing. The mortality and the incidence of complicated neural injury were still high. The prognosis depended on the degree of the damage of the original cervical cord, the modern emergent treatment and the level of management in the early stage. The article discussed the extension injury and its clinical systems traumtic tardy and severe dislocation of the cervical vertebrae without nerve injury is introduced'. This is a rare and special type. The author pointed out the therapy of severe cervical vertebrae injury.
