| 摘 要： | 用免疫组化ＡＢＣ方法检测了６０例卵巢囊腺肿瘤组织中增生细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）和ｐ５３蛋白的表达。结果表明：ＰＣＮＡ和ｐ５３蛋白在良性囊腺瘤、交界性囊腺瘤和囊腺癌三类不同性质的病变中表达存在显著的差别（Ｐ〈０．００１，Ｐ〈０．０５）。ｐ５３蛋白与ＰＣＮＡ表达关系密切，高增生指数（ＰＣＮＡ＋＋＋）肿瘤ｐ５３蛋白阳性率高，低增生指数肿瘤（ＰＣＮＡ＋，－）ｐ５３表达率低。认为在卵巢囊腺肿瘤中检测ＰＣＮＡ和

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression of PCNA and p53 protein in cystadenomas of ovary and the correlation between the expression of these two antigens and the histological types of the tumors.Design:60 cystadenomas of ovary were detected for these two antigens by using immunohistochemical metod.Results:The results showed a significant difference of expression of PCNA and p53 protein among the three aroups of cystadenoma,borderline cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma(P<0.01,P<0.05 respectively).A close relation was found between expression ofPCNA and p53 protein.In the tumors with high proliferative rate(PCNA grade ) the expression rate of p53 was significantly higher than that in the tumors with low proliferative rate(PCNA ).Conclusion:The detection of PCNA and p53 protein in cystadenomas of ovary is helpful for understanding their bilogical behaviors and probably for predicting their prognosis. |
