影响糖尿病病人自理能力的因素分析

为了解影响糖尿病（DM）病人自理能力的因素,对78例2型糖尿病病人进行调查。结果发现：DM病人年龄、文化程度、职业、病情轻重、对疾病的认识和自我护理态度以及家属的关心程度与病人的自理能力相关。提出克服自量能力局限性的关键在于针对性地确立教育目标,制定教育内容,激发DM病人的学习动力,强化护士的教育意识,提高自身素质。

Analysis on Factors of Affecting the Ability of Taking Care of Oneself in Diabetes

To know the factors of affecting the ability of taking care of oneself in diabetes mellitus (DM) patients, 78 cases of Type 2 DM were investigated. Results showed that some factors were related to the patients' ability of taking care of oneself. These factors include their age, education level, occupation, state of illness, knowledge about the disease, attitude towards self-nursing, and solicitude of the family members. Suggested that to overcome the limitations of the ability of taking care of oneself, the key points lie in as follows: to establish the goal of education, to make up contents of education, to arouse DM patients' motive force of study, to strengthen the education consciousness of nurses, and to enhance the self- quality of nursing staff.
