针灸推拿配合神灯治疗肩周炎疗效观察

目的:观察针刺结合推拿、神灯照射治疗肩周炎的临床疗效.方法:108例随机分为治疗组、对照组各54例,治疗组针刺肩井、肩内陵、肩贞等穴位配合推拿、神灯照射,对照组仅用推拿法.结果:治疗组总有效率100%,对照组92%.结论:针刺直接刺到这些病灶有缓解痉挛、解除粘连、消除炎症的作用,从而达到活血化瘀、通经止痛的目的.推拿目的在于松解痉挛的肩部肌肉,分解肩关节软组织粘连,除改善病理变化外,尚可改善微循环,达到消炎、止痛的治疗目的,红外线照射可温经通络.

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture and Massage with Divine Lamp in Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder
