金标记免疫层析法初筛不同人群无偿献血者HBsAg结果分析

目的初步了解益阳市无偿献血者不同人群HBsAg阳性率流行情况，从而减少HBsAg阳性血的无效采集，确定低危献血群体，为安全输血提供保障。方法采用金标记免疫层析法对献血者进行HBsAg初筛检测，回顾性分析2006—2008年流动采血车上72935名无偿献血者基本资料及初筛检测结果。统计学方法采用χ^2检验。结果HBsAg总阻性率5．12％，2006～2008年各年阳性率呈递降趋势；男性阳性率为5．98％、女性阳性率为3．48％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；不同年龄段阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．1）；军人和学生HBsAg阳性率比较无统计学意义（χ^2=0．68，P〉0．01），但学生和军人HBsAg阳性率比其他人群显著（r=34．67，P〈0．05）。结论益阳地区HBsAg阳性率逐年呈下降趋势，学生和现役军人是安全输血的低危人群，应作为主要选择对象。

Analysis on the results of screening hbsag among different voluntary blood donors with gold-labeled immunochroma- tography

Objective To survey the epidemic of HBsAg positive rate among different voluntary blood donors in Yiyang City in order to determine the low dangerous donor population and ensure safe transfusion preliminary. Methods 72 935 voluntary blood donors in mobile blood-extract vehicle in Yiyang City were selected and HBsAg was detected by gold-labeled immunochromatography during 2006 - 2008. The χ^2 test was used to statistic analysis. Results The total positive rate of HBsAg was 5.12%. The positive rates of HBsAg in 2006- 2008 show a decreased tendency. The positive rates of HBsAg in male and female voluntary blood donors were 5.95% and 3.48% , respectively. There was significant difference （ P 〈0. 05 ） . The positive rates of HBsAg in 18-30years old , 31-40 years old and 41-55 years old were 5.14% , 5.22 % and 4. 86% , respectively. There was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 1 ） . The positive rate of HBsAg of student s and active duty personnels was 4. 93% ,4. 79%, respectively, others was 6.09%. There was significant difference （χ^2 =34. 67,P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion The positive rate of HBsAg in Yiyang ditrict show a decreased tendency. Students and active duty personnels were ideal blood donor population. They should be selected as the major objects for safe transfusion.
