| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价颅脑损伤后早期高氧液治疗的临床疗效 ,并对其作用机制加以探讨 .方法 :136例颅脑损伤随机分为高氧液组和常规治疗组 ,比较两组的临床疗效及意识恢复情况 .结果 :高氧液组的临床疗效及意识恢复明显优于常规治疗组 ,分别为P >0 0 5和P >0 0 1.结论 :高氧液能改善脑缺血缺氧状态 ,减轻颅脑损伤后的继发性脑损伤 ,加速神经功能的恢复 ,促进觉醒 ,提高疗效 ,改善预后 ,值得推广

| Abstract: | Objective: The purpose of this article is to evaluate the clinical curative effect of early high-oxygen liquid therapy on cerebral injury and discuss its active mechanisms. Methods: 136 cases of cerebral injury were divided randomly into two groups, high-oxygen liquid therapy group and comparison one. Then, the clinical curative effect and recovery consciousness were compared. Results: The clinical curative effect and recovery consciousness in high-oxygen liquid therapy group were better than those in comparison one P>0.05 and P>0.01. Conclusion: High-oxygen liquid therapy can remedy ischemia and anoxia. Further, lessen cerebral secondary injury. It is benefit for recovery of nerve function and consciousness as well as ameliorating the clinical outcome following cerebral injury. |
