妥泰治疗癫痫的临床观察

目的：探讨妥泰治疗癫痫的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：60例患者随机分为观察组（30例）和对照组（30例）,观察组采用妥泰治疗,对照组采用卡马西平治疗,记录发作情况及不良反应,比较二者的临床治疗效果,结果：观察组总有效率和控制率分别为83.33%和30.00%,对照组总有效率及控制率分别为66.67%和16.67%,两组疗效差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。两组主要不良反应均为体重减轻、嗜睡、恶心和找词困难,观察组不良反应发生率（30.00%）少于对照组（60.00%）,两组比较差异存在显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论：妥泰治疗癫痫具有良好的疗效,不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Curative Effect of Topiramate in Treating Epilepsy

Objective：To explore the clinical effects and adverse reaction of treating epilepsy with topiramate.Method：60 cases patients were divided randomly into intervention group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）,the intervention group was treated with topiramate,and the control group was treated with carbamazepine.During the treatment the onset of seizure and adverse reaction were recorded and compared the clinical efficacy of them.Result：The total effective rate and control rate in intervention group was 83.33% and 30.00% respectively,which was 66.67% and 16.67% in control group respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Main side effects in intervention group and control group were weight decrease,somnolence,nausea and speech disorder,but the side effects of control group（60.00%） were more than those of control intervention group（30.00%）,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions：Topiramate has a good curative effect in treating epilepsy,minor side reaction and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
