宝鸡市医疗托幼机构和美容行业消毒质量监测结果

目的了解宝鸡市医疗托幼机构、美容行业使用的各类器械、物品的消毒质量。方法采用现场抽样检测和细菌培养方法,对辖区内医疗托幼机构和美容行业消毒与灭菌质量进行了调查。结果2003~2007年连续5年共采样2228份,卫生消毒质量平均总合格率为83.98%。医疗机构中的口腔器械合格率仅为69.14%,托幼机构合格率为88.16%,美容业合格率为80.00%。无菌医疗器械平均灭菌质量合格率为83.69%,室内空气卫生质量平均合格率为67.79%。结论该市医疗机构和美容业消毒与灭菌质量整体水平不高,特别是无菌医疗器械灭菌水平急待提高。

THE MONITORING RESULTS OF DISINFECTION QUALITY IN THE MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS, KINDERGARTENS AND BEAUTY SERVICES OF BAOJI CITY

Objective To know the disinfection quality in the medical institutions,kindergartens and beauty services in Baoji City and to strengthen its supervision and management.Methods The quality of disinfection and sterilization in the medical institutions and other fields was investigated by means of on-the-spot sampling and bacteria culture method.Results 2228 samples obtained from 2003 to 2007 showed that the average eligible rate of sanitation and disinfection was 83.98%,among which,the eligible rate of the oral instruments in medical institutions was 69.14%,that of the beauty services was 80.00%,that of the sterile medical devices was 83.69%,and that of indoor air was 67.79%.Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection and sterilization is not high in the medical institutions and beauty services of Baoji City,the level of sterilization of sterile medical devices needs to be improved urgently.
