摘    要:目的建立小鼠肿瘤新生血管形成模型。方法荷瘤小鼠静脉注射质量分数为10%的胭脂红溶液,比色法测定肿瘤组织胭脂红含量,计算血管指数反映新生血管形成;应用此模型考察沙利度胺对肿瘤组织血管形成的影响。结果血管指数可反映肿瘤组织新生血管形成,沙利度胺可剂量依赖性地抑制小鼠肿瘤血管指数。结论小鼠肿瘤新生血管模型是一种稳定可靠的新生血管模型。

Abstract:Objective To develop a model for tumor neovascularization in mice. Methods Mice implanted with H22 tumor cells were injected with 10 % carmine, and then vascular index was determined by colorimetry of carmine to evaluate the formation of new blood vessels. Moreover, anti-angiogenic effect of thalidomide in tumor tissues was investigated using this model. Results Vascular index indicated the formation of new blood vessels in tumor tissues, and thalidomide inhibited vascular index in mice tumor model. Conclusions The model for tumor neovascularization has been proved to be reliable for the study of the angiogenesis inhibitor.
