| 摘 要： | 目的总结肾移植术后患者带状疱疹早期诊断及护理特点。方法结合肾移植术后带状疱疹的早期临床表现特点,强调早发现、早诊断的重要性;采取早期抗病毒、有效镇痛,积极护理干预等措施,预防并发症和带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生。结果27例带状疱疹患者经过早期诊断治疗,全部痊愈出院,未出现后遗症,移植肾功能恢复良好。结论肾移植术后带状疱疹早期诊断、治疗和护理,对预防带状疱疹后遗神经痛及保护移植肾脏的功能有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the diagnosis of herpes zoster in early stage after kidney transplantation and the nursing characteristics of herpes zoster. MethodsWe lay stress on the importance of detection and diagnosis in early stage and focus on the early clinical characteristics of herpes zoster after kidney transplantation.We prevent complications by measures of positive anti-virus,analgesia and effective nursing.Results27 cases of patients with herpes zoster were cured without sequelae by detection,diagnosis and treatment in early stage.ConclusionDiagnosis of herpes zoster in early stage has significant importance in treatment and prevent postherpetic neuralgia and protection of kidney functions after kidney transplantation. |
