| Abstract: | In the transition process from a head nurse to a nurse,there is various difficulties and confusions.In order to pass the transition smoothly,the person who is concerned should face up to the fact with peaceful mood,improve oneself by continuing education positively,get relax and adapt to a new position as soon as possible,forget the role of administration slowly and reinforce the role of a nurse. |
