| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑血管病与血清脂蛋白(a)Lp(a)]和纤维蛋白原(Fg)的关系.方法 60例脑梗死患者,40例脑出血患者Lp(a)和纤维蛋白原的水平,并与45例健康对照组作比较.结果 脑梗死组及脑出血组Lp(a)和Fg含量均显著高于对照组.结论 提示血清脂蛋白(a)和纤维蛋白原水平的升高与脑血管病密切相关,可做为脑血管疾病重要的危险因素.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationships between the cerebrovascular disease and the levels of Lipoprotein(a) and Fibrinogen(Fg) of patients in blood serum.Methods The levels of Lp(a) and Fg in 60 patients with cerebral infraction,40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were measured and compared with 45 healthy controls.Results The levels of Lp(a) and Fg in patients with cerebrovascular disease were significantly higher than those in control group(P <0 05).Conclusion Lp(a) and Fg may be interrelated with CVD and may be the important risk factors of CVD. |
