乳腺癌的高频声像特征及彩色多普勒与病理学对照分析

摘    要:目的:探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒结合病理学基础对乳腺癌诊断与鉴别诊断的价值。方法:对64例经手术病理证实为乳癌的病例与高频声像图及彩色多普勒进行回顾性对比分析。结果:乳腺癌的高频声像图表现,如肿块的数目、形态、内部回声、纵横比、钙化、后方衰减及彩色血流的表现,均与病理改变有一定的关系。结论:高频彩超结合病理学基础诊断乳腺癌,能对乳腺癌的图像有进一步的认识,并能提高诊断乳癌的符合率。

Abstract:Objective: To research into the value of using high-frequency supersonic wavs, CDFI and pathology to diagnose and differentiate Cancer of breast. Method: By contrasting and anylysing sixty four cases proved to be Cancer of breast by operation and pathology and their high frequency ultrasonography and CDFI. Result: The shows of the high frequency ultrasonography of Breast Cancer, such as the number of umor, the shape, the internal echo, the calcification, the exhaustion at the back of tumor and he colorful blooding, are related with the change of pathology. Conclusion: Using higy-frequency colorful supersonic wves and pathology to diagnose Cancer of reast, we can learn more about the picture of Breast Cancer and improve the accuracy of diagnosing cancer of breast.
